Wolters Kluwer - Project and Change Manager SAP (Freelance/ZZP)

Project & Change manager to define and execute migration from SAP Business One to SAP, based on the defined model

•Represent Business Owners

•Report to Program Manager

•Intermediair between SAP Business One users and SAP / STEP team (Architects, PM, Support Team, Developers )

•Manage Business Owner Project activities

•Work closely together with:

•SAP Business One Users

•GBS Business Relatiionship Managers

•Wolters Kluwer SAP (STEP) team

•Vendors 3rd party Interface applications 

Management Requirements: 

Gathering , structuring, specifying requested changes / customizations to SAP (STEP) Blue Print Model to support #

Business requirements:

Write Business Requirement Document with input from the End users of the business

Integration migration : 

Management of migration SAP Business One (BO) interfaces to SAP (STEP) interfaces

Specify changes to SAP BO interfaces and subsystems (Wolters Kluwer Current Account System (CAS is the Wolters Kluwer Intercompany system), SAP Concur (expense tool), Coupa (P2P invoicing)

Configuration setup 

Provide input for Solution Design; Provide the necessary info to configure the platform 

Other

• Development of Project plan ; along with technical PM and track deliverables from business users#
• Prepare weekly updates for business tasks, work with technical PM lead to prepare monthly steering committee reporting
• Present Change requests to CAB for approval and provide business justification

Test Management

Define, Setup and Execute Test Plan and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Data Migration

Prepare, Manage, Test and Check End user involvement data migration activities

Cutover Management

Define, setup and Execute Cutover ; Including coordination of Training , Documentation  

Requirements: 

•In depth knowledge and understanding SAP Fi/Co

•Thorough experience in requirement collection and reporting. design and implementation of financial processes in a SAP (Corporate) business environment

•Thorough experience in managing system migrations including interfaces – data migration activities

•Thorough experience in Project management and progress reporting, including Steerco meetings

•Hands-on working attitude

•Team-player – managing user and project stream teams

•Preferred Dutch speaking – good knowledge of English financial business language
