Your impact

We believe in data and the positive impact it can have on our business. To keep data discoverable we will create a ‘Data Catalog’, which will be critical for our new Distributed Data Architecture. We need your help to build the application and integrate it within the KPN data/IT landscape.

Why

To make KPN a more data-driven company. Within our new architecture it is essential that data remains discoverable and usable for all data consumers. The Data Catalog will be key in supporting this process.

Where

We work 3 days from home, and 1-2 days at our office in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. We use our office workdays for the regular scrum events (review, refinement, etc…) and creative brainstorms. In the office we share a room with three other scrum teams on the same floor. Together we have created a really fun and inspiring place to work.

Team

You will start with one other curious developer, a PO and Scrum Master. While growing to more developers in the future.

Our Way of Working

Within the data office department of KPN we have adapted Agile and work according to the Scrum methodology. We are convinced of the value of “We Make-We Own” and have embedded DevOps in our development teams. We aim for the best results by hiring best-in-class developers and giving the teams as much autonomy as possible . We believe we have created an inspiring environment for personal development and a great and fun place to work!
