Freelance Junior Business Manager (ZZP)

As a junior Business Manager you will provide support to the operational activities within the Carbon Bank. In this role you, as a self-starter, can work independently and you will contribute to the construction and expansion of this start-up within our organization.

An overview of some tasks. We are scaling our operations, Building an onboarding process and implementing this process which will include:
* Update onboarding documentation: slides, videos, glossary, etc.

Set up our internal IT structure that supports our daily operation & learning capacity, this includes:
* Restructuring MS Teams
* Transition to NL IT environment
* Facilitate Product Owners by building a managers help guide
* Internal communication activities

Are you an energetic, independent colleague, do you have experience in supporting management or projects with a hands on approach? Excellent oral and written communication in English is a requirement.
