50% The assignment is ideal for somebody who wants to gain experience in project and stakeholder management. Within the near future we need to onboard applications in our Access Management Tool (DIRX), every application is roughly onboarded in the same way. First, it needs to be documented who needs access to the specific application, than decided if that specific access is part of a bigger role (access to various applications integrated under one “headline”(we say business role)) before finally integrating it into an automatic process within the tool.

50% is communicating with stakeholders on Information Security topics. We need to increase awareness and be proactive about trainings and information sessions. Here we need somebody who can make complicated topics easy to understand for business to get them onboard.

For this reoccurring process we need somebody who is able to quickly understand the process, then communicating and helping the application responsible to provide the relevant documentation. 

Who do we want? Somebody who is motivated to learn something new, can work independently and is reliable. 

As we speak English in our team, proficiency is needed. Not perfection, as most of the work and communication has to be done in dutch.

Helpful, would be knowledge in access management, information security and in general IT, but at the end of the day we need somebody who is not afraid to try something new, delivers reliable quality and can communicate openly towards us and also our stakeholders.
