Imagine your change management skills and expertise could contribute to the transformation of our organization from a report-driven to a more data-driven environment. Within our reporting department you have a critical role when it comes to change management and stakeholder management. You are in the lead to drive implementation and bring our reporting processes and procedures to a next level. Together with your stakeholders and a team of experts, IT delivery managers, product owners and architects you will manage the change. As a Business Change Manager you can really make a difference.

Making a difference

  • You are the key player that creates, facilitates and inspires a high performing team focussed on achieving the best results together as a team.
  • You coordinate and manage projects and are able to maintain overview and when needed have the technical skills to go in depth and challenge proposed interpretations and solutions. In this process, you are able to make the right decisions and prioritizations.
  • You are managing one of more cross functional teams and are in charge of managing the reporting impact as well as the delivery and implementation of the IT-system components.
    In close cooperation with program/project organization and other components within the bank, you organize and operationalize changes due to new or changing laws and regulations and/or changes within the relevant departments. This concerns both organisational changes and process and system changes that will/could impact our Reporting department.
  • You ensure that changes to the existing processes are embraced and embedded into the Reporting organisation.
  • You are able to challenge existing processes and search for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • You are directly involved in the transition from a report-driven organization to a data-driven organization. This means, among other things, changes related to systems and applications, processes and IT infrastructure, data and roles and responsibilities. Stakeholder management of all chain partners is key.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our Project Support team within our Reporting department brings talented people together to absorb data requests by regulators, implement and embed (significant) changes that are driven by laws and regulations or internal requirements into the existing Reporting processes and teams. With you as Business Change Manager, the Reporting department will consist of approximately 150 diverse colleagues with a variety of roles.

With you

Customer focus, change power, self-organising capability and (stakeholder) management skills are clearly essential for the role of Business Change Manager. You have experience with reporting processes, stakeholder management and the ability to challenge existing processes and way of workings. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything on the checklist below:

  • academic level of thinking, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience;
  • proactive and positive attitude and like to go for results;
  • professional experience and expertise in the field of finance &risk reporting and the relevant laws and regulations, both nationally and internationally;
  • knowledge of and experience with change management;
  • be able to deal with networking and resistance;
  • extensive experience with reporting;
  • analytically highly developed, proactive, independent, customer- and result-oriented;
  • knowledge of and experience with working in accordance with the LEAN (preferably Green Belt) and Agile philosophy and steers short-cycle on the basis of KPIs;
    good communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
