Scrum Master (Freelance/ZZP)

• Max hourly rate: 88€ per hour
• Knowledge of Risk Analytics is not required.
• The task of the scrum master is to take the existing team to the new Agile way of working.
• There is a chance of extension. In June/July it will become clear whether this is possible.

You are a key player in some of the most important Risk Analytics missions: our credit risk models. Together with the Program Manager you will guide, train and support development teams with/into an agile way of working. You flourish in an environment where change is part of your day-to-day work life and are ready to solve ad hoc problems on the go. You believe in Agile in good and bad times and are amazing at getting other people as excited as yourself. You know what people want and need and you change your behavior based on this.

Key responsibilities

• You will contribute to several projects within Risk Analytics. These projects focus on Credit Risk Model (re-)developments and define accelerators to improve model development processes. The projects are high priority, content driven but process savvy and involve complex stakeholder management.
• Guide and train teams into the agile way of working.
• Be the supporter of change and seek opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• You will connect with stakeholders and facilitate processes and communication.
• You will contribute to continuous learning within the RA department, using evaluation and your getting things done mentality.
  
   

You and your talent
You are enthusiastic and driven to help teams find practical solutions for their everyday challenges. You have good knowledge of- and experience with different agile techniques. You are a great supporter of change and feel comfortable coaching people through the agile change journey. In addition it is important you recognize the bullets in the checklist below:
 

• You have a Master degree Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management or related;
• You have at least 2 years of proven Scrum Master experience;
• You have at least a PSM I certificate, a PSM II is a plus;
• You have experience with agile tools, for example Azure DevOps;
• Experience in coaching and training people is a must;
• Strong interpersonal skills, agility and strong communication skills in words and writing;
• Proven fluency, both oral and written, in English and Dutch (plus);
