You bring the Risk Audit team to the next level, working on complex and innovative issues, with opportunities for personal growth. As a Risk Auditor, you can make a difference. You provide added value, innovative ideas, impactful assurance, and advice to management in order to support and achieve global strategic and business objectives.

 

Making a difference

  • Conducting (operational) risk management audits together with your team to identify risks and to assess the quality of mitigating controls. This also involves regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting findings and providing recommendations to management to improve processes, as well the quality of the effectiveness of internal processes and controls.
  • Performing risk analysis and assessment aiming to identify areas which show weaknesses in controls and/or increased risk by external or internal developments.

 

With each other

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. As a Risk Auditor you will mainly be working in the Risk team but also with other teams such as the Treasury & ALM and Model teams. These teams brings talented people together to provide global assurance on risk, treasury and model activities. The Risk teams consists of 28 diverse colleagues with a variety of seniority and international backgrounds.

Customer focus, integrity, team player, agility, problem solver, and result driven skills are essential for the role of Risk Auditor.

In addition, it is important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:

  • Master degree in Finance, Economics or related field;
  • Experience in areas such as operational risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, capital risk management, credit risk and market risk.
  • Knowledge of regulations (e.g. ECB and EBA);
  • Audit expertise;
  • Positive, confident and approachable style;
  • Good communication skills (verbally and in writing).
