As an IT Risk specialist you are a hands-on colleague in the information security team of the Randstad Digital Factory. This team is responsible for the full breadth of information security at Randstad, from defining Randstad’s information security policy to providing operational services that help keep Randstad secure.

 

We’re looking for a new colleague that will mainly support and contribute to one of the most critical processes to support Business: IT Risk management. You’ll work with the IT Risk and Compliance team to maintain, monitor and improve IT Risk management both for the Operating Companies and for Randstad Global.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Support Digital Factory product teams in implementing relevant controls, according to defined assurance framework 
  • Educate stakeholders on risks and recommendations
  • Support Legal, Sales and Procurement providing feedback, suggestions or answers to client’s security assessments on Information Security 
  • Conduct and oversee the completion of IS assessments for Digital Factory and Randstad Global products, to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Support IT projects / initiatives to instill Security by Design principle and contents 
  • Monitor and control IS risks status 
  • Support the definition, implementation and improvements of KRIs
  • Support the development and improvement of the Digital Factory ISMS 
  • Contribute to the Compliance program deployment 
  • Support Randstad’s maintenance of the IS policies, procedures and guidelines 

 

  • Master Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology
  • 4+ years experience in IT of which at least 2 years in security
  • Preferably CISM, CRISC, CISSP or comparable certification
  • Familiarity and experience with risk management frameworks and processes
  • Technical understanding of common networks, systems and architectures (including Clouds solutions).
  • Ability to communicate to stakeholders the real-world impact of risks; for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good command of the English language
  • Proficiency in other languages (helpful but not essential)
