PVH - 3D Transformation Specialist (Freelance/ZZP)

The 3D Transformation Specialist is at the forefront of digital transformation supporting our vendors, designers, developers, fit techs and merchandisers in the divisions. The 3D Transformation Specialist knows the users best, understands the needs and streamlines the process with their 3D and apparel knowledge. In this role, the specialist relies on the Product Technology (IT) team and 3D software vendors for the operational, technical and training tasks which will be executed centrally.

General Profile:

Knowledge

• 3D software expert Browzwear is a must
• Knowledge of another 3D software is a big plus (Optitex, Shima Seiki, Clo3D or other)
• Knowledge of Apparel product lifecycle and design - understand the design, product developer, pattern and merchandising roles and what is in it for each team
• Understanding of vendor landscape, material digitization and apparel production
• Experience in creating new processes and standards within 3D product creation and a strong drive to democratize 3D apparel design
• Relevant rendering experience (Blender, Vray)
• Unreal Engine experience
• PLM knowledge is a plus
• Basic understanding of C#, Python is a plus

Responsibilities
 

• Work with our vendors and advise the opportunities where 3D can improve and elevate workflow
• Support system integrations within 3D design tech eco-system
• Diagnose and fix rendering bugs, and profile and optimize rendering code as necessary
• Browzwear and other 3D software testing and rollout of new versions ? assess business impact to upgrade or not
• Create and manage user community & real-time chat support platform
• Continuously collaborate with SMEs, external partners and business stakeholders to translate conventional business processes to 3D workflows to optimize and automate system product design & development
• Manage user requests, create and modify 3D user accounts and roles ? actively follows on tickets logged
• On hand transformation and change management support
• Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization and supporting change management and compliance
• Logs feature requests, bugs, feedback and provides priority level and user stories of these requests and bugs
• Ensures users have access to all tools, training materials and help facilitate specialized trainings where needed
• Supports teams with advice and help when stitching up blocks and guides teams to follow quality standards
• Works with other teams in technology department on the best 3D flow into the digital showroom
