How?

You are going to be working in a multi-disciplinary team of engineers. You will have an important role in designing, building and implementing technological solutions and innovation services for the KPN eHerkenning solution.

Where?

You decide! You are welcome at our offices such as Apeldoorn, Zoetermeer, Houten or Arnhem. We offer you flexibility to determine your own working hours and off course working from home is part of how we work. We offer an inspiring and challenging environment in which you can develop and improve your capabilities. The “eHerkenning team” generally works once a week from our office in Apeldoorn.

Our team has a varied (informal) composition of engineers in various areas, such as front/back-end development, infrastructure specialists and security specialists. We do this with about 400 colleagues, each with their own expertise. Together we ensure that data is optimally secured and our customers can benefit of the endless possibilities of the digital world.

Your role as a Senior JAVA Developer

• Together with your colleagues and the DevOps teams, you will build new functionalities for our eHerkenning platform. We encourage you to implement your creative ideas and solutions.
• You will help with the translation of the requirements into workable solutions.
• You will write good, documented and safe software
• After acquiring some knowledge and experience, you will participate in various consultations in the national system of eHerkenning
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with top vendors on innovative solutions.
• You have attention to detail with a specific focus on security and privacy in everything you do.
