OSS Solution Designer – Service Assurance Domain

• Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, change & Operations) mgmt.
• Sound knowledge of COTS based products
• Experience working in Telecom domain around OSS processes is a big plus.
• Understanding of Incident and Change Workflow Management
• Experience of working with event and incident management correlation
• Understanding relations between Incident and Change Management
• Facilitating requirements gathering and understanding business logic for those requirements
• Guides on effective use of solutions and architectures in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements
• Translates business requirements/specifications into abstract feature definitions to be realized by platform integration and development
• Experience working with SOAP and REST based API’s (JASON)
• Identify solutions to problems and provide technical workflows and designs.
• Experience working with various vendors and stakeholders for implementation of end to end flow.
• Basic understanding of Agile and SCRUM.
• Experience working in agile environments using tools such as JIRA

• Comfortable working within a virtual/remote team
• Confident in communicating throughout an ecosystem build around a complex IT Application/Solution.
• Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently including self-organization with little supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for working in a global environment
