Infrastructure on premise
Keep the business running all the time. That is our goal within infrastructure. Committed, open and result-oriented. This is the best way to summarize our working atmosphere. We use many different applications and services, therefore collaboration is an important factor within our domain. In addition, we are constantly looking at points for improvement and ways to set up our working method more efficiently. All customers, lease drivers, suppliers and colleagues rely on our systems. We arrange it, or as we like to say "Lights on! We make sure everything works well." IT International infrastructure is responsible for supervising and developing the infrastructure services.

Part of our infrastructure is located in the on premise datacenters in Stuttgart. It migrates out of these datacenters and needs to be out completely by July 2023. The program TAF Partner Application migration is responsible for this migration. For applications not migrated yet, the lights must stay on. The specific infrastructure functions belonging to this specific team are:

Most of the functions are delivered to Athlon via the Mercedes-Benz contract with Infosys. The services marked with an (X) are our own responsibility. In the other cases the role means manage the services obtained from Infosys.
We are now looking for a Service Manager for all above services. The role requires good infrastructure knowledge. It requires curiosity and a mindset that wants to get issues solved, not repeated. It also requires daily reporting of backup results with Excel and Excel Macro’s. Reporting and deep diving in tickets in SNOW. This means we require someone who is

1. Willing to do some  daily hands-on work with great accuracy
2. Someone who does not let him or herself be sent away with an easy answer if he or she has questions on basis of the reporting created and
3. Someone who can step back and prioritize or ask for help in prioritizing

You will be responsible for the current services in the datacenters of Stuttgart and at the same time participate in the TAF Application program to set up the services in the datacenters of Frankfurt with Infosys. The end result must be service management on the datacenter services of Infosys in Frankfurt
