• Dutch and English. If the candidate does not speak Dutch, his/her English must be very good. Many users of the product are Dutch themselves, experience shows that with no Dutch and medium of English, a lot of information is lost and friction arises.

Our Tribe Operational Risk & Integrity Solutions (ORIS) sits at the core of the bank and has the purpose to manage and oversee the Operational Risks and to safeguard Integrity by delivering integrated IT & Data platforms. Tribe ORIS brings together around 135 professionals that are involved in the Areas of Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, Audit and the Chapters Tech, Architecture and Data.

You and your job

As Product Owner (PO) OpRisk Information Factory & Products you will have a key role in the delivery of integrated Data- and Knowledge platforms and Information products to be used by the bank and for external regulatory reporting requirements.

Your squad called Operational Risk Datamart is part of a bigger Area Information Factory & Products that consists of 25 professionals and you will be working closely together with a diverse group of stakeholders. The squad is creating valuable insights (PowerBI) and reporting solutions with an enriched cloud DataMart (information factory) with around 1,700 users around the globe. The reporting capabilities extends in delivering a monthly uniform reporting product to +400 reporting units using robotics technology that is under your responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

As PO you will be the owner of the Operational Risk products (Dashboards, Robotics and cloud based DataMart):

• Align on target architecture and how to develop, maintain and improve the Operational Risk DataMart that provides industrialized products for our stakeholders and harmonized usage of data within Tribe ORIS.

• Search for creating economies of scale on industrialised proven - and valuable information products (re-usable products).

• Enabling and co-creating Advanced Analytics Intelligence for exploration/testing and citizen. Research & Development to support the development of new innovative models, data and information products.

You are responsible for managing the relationships with all stakeholders, while creating an environment in which people feel trusted and where they develop, grow and achieve the common goals.

You and your talent

• A master degree in (Business) Economics and 5-10 years of relevant experience within a banking environment as well as IT project manager/change manager in both a business and control environment (e.g. Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal and/or Audit).

• Relevant knowledge of Operational Risk Management and IT systems.

• Analytical and a proven track record in translating business- and regulatory requirements in concrete products/services.

• A proven track record in Dashboarding/Reporting, Data Management (BCBS239), Information factories (SQL/ADF), Analytics & AI (process mining, text mining, prescriptive analytics).

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing).
