Enable the calculation of (forecasted) liquidity metrics (e.g. LtD, NSFR, LtSF) under forecasted balanced sheets. The ability should be there to add balance sheet scenarios/forecasts in a rapid and flexible way and to calculate liquidity metrics in these multiyear assessments. In order to get the forecasting functionality fully operational the tactical tool LGP will be further enhanced until the strategic tool QRM is fully operational. Functionality will be transferred to QRM on an entity by entity basis until all functionality is absorbed by QRM

You will be working on the epic ‘Long Term Liquidity Forecasting’. Your responsibilities include:

  • ensure that business needs and requirements are identified and addressed;
  • provide content for training (e.g. demo’s) and communication material for the program;
  • work closely together and maintain an active dialogue with the product owner and other business analysts to ensure that project activities are correctly defined and prioritized on the backlog of the involved teams.

Note that the exact duties may vary based on program needs, your skills and knowledge. One day you could prepare training content, the next you look into a liquidity metric.

Starting as soon as possible you will start working on the committed features (dark grey) in the OneALM+ plateau 3 plan. In parallel you will commit to currently uncommitted features (light blue), together with the theme coordinator, business stakeholders and product owner. By the end of the contract, 31/12/2023, all features of the ‘Long Term Liquidity Forecasting’ epic are successfully delivered.

Requirements:

You are a good communicator in English (verbal and written). You are of course analytical. You have the ability to work accurately and focus on results, also under pressure and tight deadlines. You always ask critical questions and you make sure all the needs of the different stakeholders are covered. You can be persuasive, when needed. You are detail oriented, punctual, a logical thinker and well organized. You know how to create support among the different stakeholders.

Next to this, it is important that you recognize the checklist below.

  • demonstrable experience in working in large or complex projects and experience working with senior decision makers;
  • experience with long term liquidity forecasting
  • understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Agile) in the ICT sector and financial services;
  • ability to coordinate activities across international locations and to multi-task in a deadline driven environment;

The functioning and progress are periodically discussed with the hiring manager, the program manager and the theme coordinator.

Your role:

  • Responsible as lead Business Analyst for the delivery of the long term liquidity forecasting features
  • Align with IT and business capacity for development and testing
  • You will identify, organise and arrange data delivery such that the developers can easily migrate the respective portfolios
  • As a Senior Business Analyst the experience and personality to function as a Senior advisor on ALM topics, is required. Due to the fact that this person needs to prioritise the development work such that we meet the internal and external deadlines.
