General
- Providing expert level support on workplace to other competencies, projects and support processes & solution design
- Maintain, administrate and be a power / key user of the mentioned tools underneath the ITSM processes
- Acts as SPOC for the proper setup, development and usage of the tools and processes
- Responsible for workplace hardware lifecycle
- Responsible for software provisioning / patch management
- Responsible for testing new patches and client software rollouts
- Responsible for Vulnerability management and client software lifecycle
Tasks
- Manage execution of software provisioning. Entry point for packaging requests. Quality gate of provided information.
- Manage creation of AppV packages for business applications within the Citrix terminal server environment. Entry point for packaging requests. Quality gate of provided information.
- Forward, collaborate and track progress with requestor and packaging provider
- Expert knowledge on required tools like SDWI, vNext SCCM, etc
- Execute operational tasks within the tools CISM, IT Shop, EMT, WAMS, DWGM, Admin.Net, as a power user or local admin
- Executes the end-user setup, operations & migrations
- Provide VIP support within the Athlon organization
- Consult & collaborate with application developers
- Ensure that end-user and application developer requests are fulfilled within the defined SLAs
- Responsible for client patch management
- Maintain knowledge of Client- & Printer standards used within Athlon.
- Manage lifecycle mgmt of client hardware and printers and consult / collaborate with local IT
- Consult incident mgmt functions with expert knowledge
- Create and maintain documentation of standards, processes and installed base (asset mgmt.)
- Train and communicate the related standards, tools and processes
- Handle further development for the mentioned services
- Responsible to maintain a up to date documentation and CMDB
- Support, consult, train countries service desks and Apps teams
- Create and communicate tool & process documentation (e. g. working instructions, standard tickets, etc)
Skills
- Expert knowledge in MS Windows, Office & Teams
- Expert knowledge in Client management environments
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix environments
- In-depth knowledge in AppV packaging
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology
- Power user of required software deployment tools
- Fluent English
